How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after the seller ships. Cross-border lanes may take longer when customs review is required.
Which carriers do you use?
We route shipments through international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and India partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express) depending on origin, destination, and seller configuration.
What is DDP vs DAP?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means import duties and taxes are included at checkout for eligible markets. DAP means duties may be collected on delivery.
How do I track my package?
Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track page. You will see carrier scans and any active logistics alerts.
How do returns work?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your order details or visit Returns for policy exceptions.
